职位：海外事业部总经理
工作职责：
1. 负责制定海外事业部拓展和经营的战略目标和方针路线；
2. 负责海外并购项目的整体实施，负责与海外合作伙伴进行业务沟通，全面推进产品的海外市场品牌和市场竞争力；
3. 保证海外资源和公司内产品、市场资源的有效协调和匹配；
4. 主持海外事业部市场、营销和产品研发的整体战略，并对经营业绩进行长期有效的部署、监控和考核，确保海外战略的稳健运营和业绩指标的达成；
5. 全面推进海外事业部的运营管理工作，负责整个海外团队的组织管理、考核、培训和团队建设；
6. 负责营造良好的企业文化氛围，塑造和强化公司价值观，推进公司企业文化建设，不断提高组织和团队的战斗力。
任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，计算机等理工类或经济管理类专业，能进行流利的英文听说读写交流；
2. 5年以上互联网或游戏行业运营管理经验，其中3年为国际知名网游公司经验，具有广泛的国内外业内资源，尤其熟悉亚太尤其是日本市场，必须具有海外并购项目的规划和实际运作经验；
3. 具备极强的全局把控能力、出色的商业判断力和敏锐的商业触觉，具有战略眼光、成就导向，能够根据公司发展实际情况全面运营，及时进行策略调整；
4. 认同公司文化和核心价值观，具有优秀的团队管理经验和领军人物的个人魅力，优秀的沟通技能与协调整合能力。
Job Title: GM, Overseas Business Department
Job Responsibility:
1. In charge of establishing the strategic target and guidelines of development and operation in overseas business department.
2. In charge of implementing the overseas M & A project and taking business communication with overseas partners. Promote the product brand and competitive power in overseas market.
3. Ensure the effective coordination and matching between the overseas market resources and products
4. Lead the overall business strategy of marketing and product R&D in overseas, moreover take the long-term effective monitoring and evaluation to operating performance and deployment, ensure the stability of overseas strategy and achieve the KPI.
5. To advance the management and operation of overseas business department, responsible for overseas team organization, management, assessment and team building.
6. Responsible for creating a good corporate culture, shape and strengthen the company's values, promoting the corporate culture, and continuously improve the combat effectiveness of the organization and team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science and Engineering or Economics and Management. fluent in English writing and speaking.
2. More than 5-year experience on Internet or Gaming industry in operation management, of which 3 years experience in an well-known internationally online games company, with a wide range of domestic and international trade resources, in particular familiar with Asia-Pacific market, especially in Japanese market, must have overseas M & A project planning and operation experience;
3. Have a very strong capability to control overall situation, have an excellent business sense and keen business awareness, have the strategic vision, achievement-oriented, can adjust the policy according to the company actual situation
4. Identify with the company culture and core values, have the excellent team management experience and the leader's personal charisma, excellent communication skills and coordinate ability is also needed.
